For over 16 years, stylist Frederick Ayers has offered his clients the very best in color, cuts, and styles. Ayers has immersed himself in the art of hair—from a salon manager, to apprentice, to salon owner.

Frederick’s training in the Pivot Point method has enabled him to best analyze, envision, and plan his work. Pivot Point emphasizes the technical as well as creative elements of hair design, enabling Frederick to continually reinvent his cutting style and coloring techniques. He has honed his craft over many years on the job, and is versed in a broad range of hair types, lengths, and personal needs.

In addition to Pivot Point, Frederick is a Loreal-trained colorist, and has studied with New York master stylist Oscar Bond and makeup designer Sam Fines, as well as attending ongoing master classes at Bumble and Bumble and Aveda.

Frederick considers the whole image of every client in his care, an artistry that speaks to hair, make-up, skin, fashion—the entire visual experience of each individual.
